The strong woman behind
She did her apprenticeship at the Dorint Am Nürnburgring, their paths have crossed at the Dorint Parkhotel Bad Neuenahr, they fell in love and went together back to Frankfurt. She works fulltime for the Dresdner Bank and gives a hand at the Gasthaus if necessary.
Behind every strong man is just a strong woman.

He has fun at cooking & desire to work. Attributes that are most lacking today. Always punctual and conscientious is he a worthy representative of the chef.

The Cat
She completed her apprenticeship at the Tigerpalast Frankfurt, acquired there her basic skills and all aspects of professional service orientation. She is our lunch shift leader and our valuable service member on Thursday & Friday evening. You are with her in best hands.

The fast first aid
Anne, a trained nurse, is our service veteran. Bei ihr kriegen Sie geholfen. (non translatable ; e.g. She will help you.)
She knows all the tricks and is fast as lightning, if you believe it has flashed, it was probably Anne.
You can mostly meet her on Saturday & Sunday evening.

The good soul of the house
Gabi takes care of... . No, reality is: Of what cares Gabi not? She prepares breakfast for the guests and then clean their rooms. She is vigilant, ask little and make everything.
